Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available for purchase for any value you wish. The card does not expire and are NOT redeemable for cash. They may only be used to purchase services or products from Essence of Thyme Wellness Spa.
Arrival:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete a Health History form for your specific service. This is required for the therapist and client, and allows time for your full service. Arriving early also allows you to unwind in our relaxing waiting area while you enjoy a beverage.
Children:
We love them and are happy to serve them as well. However, we ask that they be brought to the Spa only if they have an appointment.
Health and Safety:
Some body treatments and therapies may not be suitable for persons with health conditions such as uncontrolled hypertension, poor circulation, open skin lesions, pregnancy, etc.; they may require a physicians release prior to treatment. Please notify your therapist or technician of any medical conditions so we can help you tailor a spa package that meets your special needs.
Cancellations:
Because our technicians have especially reserved time for you, please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation for any individual service or 48 hours before a spa package, in order to avoid being charged for a service.
