Health and Safety
Some body treatments and therapies may not be suitable for persons with health conditions such as uncontrolled hypertension, poor circulation, open skin lesions, pregnancy, etc.; they may require a physicians release prior to treatment. Please notify your therapist or technician of any medical conditions so we can help you tailor a spa package that meets your special needs.
Hygiene
Cleanliness and sanitation are of utmost importance to us. Our showers are disinfected by a technician after each use. All instruments are sanitized in approved disinfectant.
Your Comfort
When enjoying our water and body treatments, women may wear as much or as little as they wish. However, men must wear a bathing suit. We provide free disposable bikini panties for women. Or if preferable, women may bring their own bathing suits. What truly matters is that you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Food/Drink Intake
We ask that you eat a light meal up to two hours prior to treatment and abstain from alcoholic beverages for 12 hours prior to services.
Children
We love them and are happy to serve them as well. However, we ask that they be brought to the Spa only if they have an appointment.
Cancellations
Because our technicians have especially reserved time for you, please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation for any individual service or 48 hours before a spa package, in order to avoid being charged for a service.
Gradituity is at your discretion with each of your therapists.
